Terms of Use
These terms describe the free preview and inquiry service offered under the QuantumPageAI name.
Using the service
Use this service only if you can accept these terms and are authorized to provide the business information you submit. Submitting an inquiry requires agreement to this version of the terms.
A preview is a starting point
The free preview illustrates a possible website based on your details and a curated layout. It is not a published website or a commitment to deliver a finished project. Bookings, forms, payments, domains and other integrations need separate setup. Review all content and design before relying on or publishing it. Example businesses are illustrative concepts, not client endorsements.
Your materials
You retain your rights in logos, descriptions and other materials you supply. You give QuantumPageAI permission to process, display and store them as needed to create the preview and handle your request. You must have permission to use any uploaded brand assets, images or copy and to share any contact details. No exclusive rights in a template or third-party material are transferred by creating a preview.
Responsible use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, impersonate a business, upload executable files, attempt to access another person’s records or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse, security problems or operational needs.
Sharing and availability
Shared preview links are viewable by anyone who receives them and expire after seven days. Keep your own copy of materials you need. The service and templates may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Third-party services may have their own terms.
Inquiries and paid work
Sending a launch or change request does not place an order, take payment or commit either party to a price or delivery date. Scope, pricing, ownership of deliverables, hosting, maintenance, cancellations and any refunds must be agreed separately before paid work starts.
Limitations
Previews are supplied for evaluation and may contain errors or incomplete functionality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make promises about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
The version date identifies the terms in effect when an inquiry is accepted. Material changes will be described here and additional acceptance requested when appropriate. Contact QuantumPageAI about the service, permissions, complaints or content removal.
