How QuantumPageAI handles information when you explore a website idea or contact us.
Information you choose to provide
The preview builder asks for a business name, business type and description. A logo, requested features, style, service area and public contact details are optional. Contact and launch inquiries ask for your name, reply email and message. Only include information you have permission to use. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
How the preview works
Your draft is saved in session storage in this browser tab, with a seven-day expiry checked when it is opened. Creating a preview sends the brief and optional logo to our server for validation and layout selection. The current generator uses curated layouts and does not send this information to an AI model. Logos are resized and image metadata is removed during processing.
Saving and sharing
Choosing Share preview saves your brief, logo and selected layout with our storage provider. The resulting link is unlisted: anyone who receives it can view the preview. Shared pages ask search engines not to index them; this is not password protection. Links expire after seven days. The creating tab can delete a shared preview using its separate deletion key. An inquiry about a preview also saves a seven-day copy so we can review your request.
Inquiries and service providers
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss requested changes or plan a website project. Supabase stores submitted inquiries and saved previews. When configured, Resend delivers an inquiry notification to our team. Our hosting infrastructure processes requests and may keep operational logs. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. No payment information is collected by the free preview flow.
Storage, analytics and diagnostics
The public site does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. It sends only a fixed event name, such as preview_generated, to count product activity. These counters are held in server memory and reset when that process restarts. The event payload contains no business details or contact information. Our server temporarily uses request network information to limit abuse. Admin authentication uses essential session cookies. See Storage & cookies for browser controls.
Retention and deletion
Local drafts are cleared when their session expires or when you choose Start over. Browser session restore may retain a tab; our seven-day check still applies. Saved previews become unavailable at expiry; expired files are removed when accessed and by configured cleanup jobs. For inquiries captured by this preview flow, configured cleanup jobs remove records older than 180 days that remain new or are marked lost. Active customer projects and earlier records require an individual retention review. Hosting logs and provider backups follow the configured provider retention settings; deleting a live record does not immediately erase backups. You can request deletion through Contact.
Security and disclosures
Saved preview files use a private storage bucket and unpredictable link identifiers. Administrative pages require an authorized account. We restrict request size and uploaded image types. We may disclose information to service providers to operate the service, to address misuse or security incidents, or where required by applicable law. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can skip optional fields, clear your draft, delete a shared link from its creating tab, or ask us for access, correction or deletion through the Contact page. Include enough information to identify your request; do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial message. We may need to verify that you are authorized to act for the business. Rights and applicable response requirements depend on your circumstances and location.
Audience and updates
QuantumPageAI is a business website service, not a service directed toward children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
